My spouse has a large patch on his neck that looks like eczema. What can he put on to relieve it?

Hello,
For eczema, the treatment is usually a cortisone cream. There are products with hydrocortisone 0.5% or 1% available in pharmacies without prescription. It can be applied twice a day. Usually, the plaque heals after about 5 to 7 days.
To prevent eczema, it is good to apply a good moisturizer after showering. A well-moisturized skin is less likely to develop eczema.
I hope this answers your question,
Sandrine
