I take trazodone (50mg) to sleep, I take a pill when I go to bed, but I still can't sleep for almost 1 month.

Hello,
Often insomnia is secondary to other health problems, which can include mood and anxiety disorders.
Trazodone can be used at higher doses, but I think your situation should be reassessed by a health care professional who knows you.
I encourage you to talk to your pharmacist about your situation, who can now increase your dose to increase effectiveness if he or she deems it appropriate via Bill 31. It is possible that the doctor's opinion is necessary and he can then send him a note with his suggestions after having discussed them with you.
