Can I take 2 anti-allergen tablets in the morning and take 1 or 2 more 12 hours later?

I am allergic to dust and hay. During this time of confinement I will help my husband at the farm. I was suggested to take 2 in the morning because one was not enough... but at the evening milking 12 hours later the effect is not enough...

Hello Ma'am,
The dose would be too high by taking a new tablet at night.
Instead, let's try using 2 separate items:
  • A mask. It's flat working with this because it's hot, but it helps a lot to suck in less dust;
  • A cortisone-based nasal spray. You can recently get this product in pharmacies, without a prescription. It can be found behind the pharmacist's counter. It is applied at least 1 hour before you go to the farm in the evening.
Good day,
Alexandre Chagnon, pharmacist
