Hello Ma'am,
The use of natural products to reduce "bad" cholesterols produces very unappealing effects for most. Indeed, most guidelines mention that the use of red yeast rice, fish oils, and plant sterols do not systematically reduce the cholesterol known as LDL-C (the bad cholesterol).
It does appear, however, that the use of dietary fiber supplements (such as psyllium) or a diet rich in dietary fiber could reduce this bad cholesterol.
Beyond these supplements, the use of the Mediterranean diet could help reduce this cholesterol even further.
