Rashes on the skin following childbirth?

I started to have mini balls with liquid inside on the bottom of my foot and now I have them in the palm of each hand. I gave birth 2 weeks ago, but I started getting these pimples 2 months before and they are itchy. It's been spreading every day since the delivery. My boyfriend is starting to get them too. I am breastfeeding my baby

Good evening Madam. Unfortunately it is quite difficult to determine what it is on this platform. Since the problem seems to be spreading to you and your spouse, I would recommend that you see a doctor. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time.
