My dog scratched me, what should I do?

Dog scratch on a foot... my dog was too happy to see my mother and started jumping around and I was barefoot and while trying to make him stop jumping he fell on my foot and his claws made 2-3 holes in my feet. I washed it off with wipes and put on a bandaid. My foot is swollen, my toes move with difficulty and it is wine red. My dog goes out to the field every day to play ... there are rays, foxes, skunks, geese etc. in the surrounding fields.
