What side effects can I expect from changing pills?

Hello, my family doctor recently changed my pill. I was taking Minestrin and I am now taking Marvelon. I am very concerned about the side effects of this pill, can it cause breast lumps? Can it be more dangerous to your health than Minestrin? Thank you for your help!

Marvelon is usually very well tolerated! However, it can cause mild and temporary side effects such as breast tenderness, bloating, and rarely nausea.
