I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and I feel very tired at the end of my days...Is this related to that?

Good morning, ma'am,
Indeed, smoking cessation can have this effect on many people
Have you stopped smoking completely, or are you using pharmacological aids such as patches, lozenges or other methods?

Thank you for the information!
Quitting this substance is extremely hard. The most important thing is to go slowly and at your own pace. Also, be aware that your cravings may fluctuate depending on the day, your activity level, stress, fatigue, etc.
If the fatigue persists or worsens, and you think that cessation is to blame, I invite you to consult your pharmacist who can help you adjust your replacement therapy. All treatment options can be prescribed by pharmacists, just like doctors.
I also invite you to visit the J'Arrête j'y Gagne website, it is a free support network to help you in your efforts :) Moreover, the founder of this platform, pharmacist Alexandre Chagnon, is the spokesperson for the Quit to Win challenge this year :)

Wishing you good luck for the rest of the challenge, I invite you not to hesitate if there is anything!
