Hello, Actually it happens that some patients don't have periods anymore with the use of Micronor, as it is a contraceptive pill that you have to take continuously (without a hormonal stop period). This is not serious. However, if you have frequent spotting, it would be better to consider another method of contraception. I hope this answers your question.
