Hi, although it usually causes insomnia, some people do experience drowsiness with Bupropion. You could try moving it to bedtime to see if it improves your condition. To do this, skip a morning dose and take it at bedtime (not take 2 doses in one day). As for your nose symptoms, it seems unlikely to me that this is related to taking Bupropion, although nothing is impossible. Have you tried using a nasal douche, such as Sinus Rinse? As the thawing has begun, it is also possible that this is the beginning of allergic rhinitis...are you known for seasonal allergies? Do you have any other symptoms?
