I need to know what cream to use or antibiotics to help heal my crack. I do everything else.

Question

I have an anal fissure that is difficult to treat, I have irritable bowel syndrome and sometimes I have constipation and sometimes I have severe diarrhea. So 3 weeks ago I had a big and hard stool and the next day a strong diarrhea that really made this good fissure but the pain was intense and even persisted after the stool. Now I don't have any persistent pain but having a bowel movement still gives me an uncomfortable burning sensation but not for long I must be healing but apart from that take some laxative and drink a lot of water eat fiber. I don't know what cream would really help to heal.

However, you must have a prescription for this ointment from your doctor. I suggest that you consult your family doctor.
