My 6 week old baby has been in very liquid diapers for the past 5 days, and has been doing so for all of his feeds.

He had gas and constipation and I was advised Kolik (gripe water) which I gave him for 4 days. I was wondering if that could be what gave him the liquid diapers...I'm afraid he's dehydrated but he's still peeing a lot. I also give Bio Gaia and it did not change anything after 2 weeks so I tried something else. I also stopped taking Kolik 4 days ago and nothing is getting better
