I have a 4 week old baby whose belly button fell off 1 week ago. This morning I got a pinkish lump in my belly button. Should I be concerned?

It is normal for a small pink/red dot to come out in the belly button in such a situation. Just keep the area nice and clean by washing with warm water and a Q-Tips as you were probably shown at the hospital and show it to your doctor at the next follow up appointment.
