Hello,
First of all, it is important to know that gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs in approximately 70 to 80% of newborns. Generally, it is a benign problem that will resolve itself. However, you should consult a doctor if there is blood in the vomit, if it contains bile, if the vomit is in a jet, if the child cries excessively or is irritable, especially after drinking, if he or she does not gain weight or if he or she chokes or has difficulty breathing. The doctor will then be able to assess whether it is a structural problem and/or whether medication would be appropriate.
I don't know what advice you followed exactly, so I'll start at the beginning: you can avoid sitting the child right after a feeding and instead hold him in an upright position. You can try to choose a milk that is easier to digest with more whey or with hydrolyzed proteins. You can also thicken milk formulas with a rice cereal (5ml for 1 ounce of milk). This does not really impact the reflux itself but reduces the amount of fluid regurgitated. Finally, you can try giving smaller feeds more frequently
These tips can help, but keep in mind that if the child does not have any symptoms that require medical attention, the reflux will usually resolve spontaneously.

I breastfeed her and give her my milk in a bottle... when she has a "crisis" she cries continuously (it lasts 4 hours), she chokes a lot, always asks for a drink and regurgitates when she usually does not. These crises are in the evening. I have an appointment with the pediatrician on December 4 and I hope with all my heart that she will prescribe me something to relieve my baby. Thank you for your answer!
