My baby has a reddened cheek as soon as he goes outside in the cold. What cream should I use? Cortisone?

Good evening ma'am,
No, cortisone is avoided on facial skin at this age.
You can, however, apply "cold cream" as a preventive measure before exposing it to cold. This is usually applied with a tube of cream directly to the cheeks. These products are sold in pharmacies.
Happy evening,
