My 10 month old baby is teething and has a fever of 38.5 to 39.5. If his general condition is good, should I worry about his fever?

Baby 10 months old seems to be teething (excessive saliva, red cheeks, swollen gums) and has had a fever between 38.5 and 39.5 for 24 hours. His general condition is very good, he eats well, drinks well. Should I be worried that his fever is rising to 39.5?
No sign of infection, cold, ear infection...
Thank you!

Hello,
If the fever is the only symptom, there is no need to worry. It's something to watch out for.
The goal should be to make the child comfortable, not to reduce the fever at all costs.
