My 7 day old baby has a white tongue stain, it's getting worse on his palate and lips, it looks like lily of the valley!

No no difficulty to swallow yes it is spreading more and more, at first I thought it was just a milk deposit on his tongue, but now it is on the roof of his mouth, lips and cheeks! I tried to wash it off with a washcloth but it doesn't go away I also forgot to mention that I am breastfeeding :)
