Hello, Since the change in medication, my menstrual cycle is no longer regular. I am not pregnant. Is it normal that I haven't had my period since the change 3 months ago? And how long can it take to get back to a regular cycle?

Yes, it's quite possible that your cycle is out of whack to the point that you haven't really had a "real" period in 3 months. In fact, it can take up to 6 months in some cases after a pill change for your body to get used to it again and cycles become regular. In the particular case of Visanne™, it is possible that you may not have a period at all. This seems to happen to about 1 in 10 women. The important thing here is to keep the endometriosis well under control, you certainly understand that.
