Stopped Alesse to start Visanne because of endometriosis for 3 months. I am not pregnant, but since then I have not had my period. Is this normal?

Hello Ma'am,
What exactly is your question?

Hello,
Since the change in medication, my menstrual cycle is no longer regular. I am not pregnant. Is it normal that I haven't had my period since the change 3 months ago? And how long can it take to get back to a regular cycle?

Sorry for the delay in my response.
Yes, it's quite possible that your cycle is out of whack to the point that you haven't really had a "real" period in 3 months. In fact, it can take up to 6 months in some cases after a pill change for your body to get used to it again and cycles become regular.
In the particular case of Visanne™, it is possible that you may not have a period at all. This seems to happen to about 1 in 10 women.
The important thing here is to keep the endometriosis well under control, you certainly understand that. So you have to get used to these impacts on the cycle and hope for a normal return of your periods within a few months. 😊
Good Sunday,
