Hello, I have been using Noritate 1% for rosacea for a few weeks. Can I apply a serum before applying Noritate? Or after?

2 products from The Ordinary brand: Niamicide 10%+zinc 1% and EUK 134* 0.1% (antioxidant based on Propanediol, Ethylbisiminomethylguaiacol and manganese chloride)

So I understand that I can incorporate them into my routine. Thanks for your help
