Good evening Madam! Sorry to read about your troubles!
Canker sores usually go away on their own, but you can use the following tips to improve your comfort
Orabase can help protect the canker sore from food and other irritants. It can be applied directly to the canker sore
Tylenol can also help relieve pain, if you have no contraindications to its use
These 2 products are available over the counter
You can also dry out the canker sore and possibly help it heal a little faster by gargling with salt water, but there is not much data on this technique
I hope this has been helpful to you, so please feel free to ask any other questions!
