Hello Ma'am,
Yes, this is possible.
On the other hand, we tend to treat only one of the infections at a time, as we rarely know for sure that both infections are really present.
So it's customary to treat bacterial vaginosis, and then if the symptoms of itching and white discharge are still present at the end of treatment, to treat vaginitis (fungus).
