The antibiotic is composed of two active ingredients: amoxicillin and clavulanate which are compatible with pregnancy. However, the manufacturer recommends to avoid the combination of these two ingredients during pregnancy, except if the use is essential, so there are not many studies that confirm this effect. If the doctor has judged that the use is essential, then I believe there will be no danger in taking it. Otherwise, there are other antibiotics that are completely compatible with pregnancy and that are indicated in case of sinusitis. Your pharmacist can help you with this.
