Cefadroxil is not one of the choices for treating bronchitis. It is more commonly used for skin infections, but is also sometimes used for urinary tract infections or throat infections. In community-acquired pneumonia, it is sometimes found in the treatment options. In order to think about pneumonia, you should ideally meet with a doctor who will see if an x-ray is appropriate or not. I am assuming that you were not prescribed this medication for this indication so you should make sure that you use it wisely. I hope you feel better soon
