I am 71 years old and I lose my hair a lot. Are there any products to limit this phenomenon?

My hair is white, has never been dyed and I have been using Dove products for as long as I can remember.

Hello Ma'am,
Is the hair loss in "patches" or is it more like hair loss all over your head at once?

Not by patch. Pretty much everywhere, although some areas seem to be a little more affected. I also forgot to mention that I don't take any medications. Just calcium, vitamin D and melatonin.

Great, thanks for the details.
Last question, how often do you wash your hair and how do you dry it?
74-year-old woman · 3 years ago
I've washed them daily pretty much my whole life, but in the last month or two it's been more like every other day, never more. I've been letting them air dry forever.

Great!
In such a case, my opinion is that the hair loss is not caused by an "aggressor" (hot air, dye, etc.).
So, you should try, for a few weeks, the use of supplements such as Nutricap™ (which incidentally does not interact with your current supplements).
