I have white spots on my tonsils, headaches, a sore throat and fatigue for one day Should I go see a doctor or can a pharmacist identify what I have and prescribe what I need?

I don't have a fever

Thank you for your question!
If these symptoms have just appeared, I suggest you take acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) to relieve the sore throat and headache. If possible, rest and stay well hydrated for the next few days. Also, as a precautionary measure, I suggest that you do a quick test for COVID if you or someone you know has it
I hope this has been helpful to you, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Hello, I had Covid on December 4th. The spots on my tonsils are still there, but less visible. I still feel tired and for the past few days I feel like I have more saliva than usual. Also, when I brushed my teeth I noticed blood when I spit

Thanks for the feedback, sorry for my delay!
If your condition has improved since you asked the question on the platform, just continue to observe the situation, drink plenty of fluids, and take Tylenol as needed for the pain
If the spots are still present or the fatigue persists or worsens after a week, you will need to see a doctor for further evaluation and not to delay treatment.
Sincerely
