I would like to know if I can take BCAA powder supplements and protein isolate powder?

Whether it is in the form of supplements or an enriched diet, having an increased protein intake during a training program should not interfere with breastfeeding or cause problems for the baby. If you choose a BCAA supplement (amino acids that make up proteins), I would suggest taking a moderate amount and a product that would be diversified and that would not be the only source of protein (in order not to have a deficiency in essential amino acids). Also be careful with the product you choose: some training supplements contain substances other than proteins (stimulants, natural products, fat-burner, etc.). Either these products are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding or we do not yet have enough data to recommend their safe use.
A nutrition specialist will be able to assess your protein needs as needed based on your weight and the intensity of the effort involved ;)
