Good evening ma'am,
The vaccines currently deployed in Canada against COVID19 have not been tested in pregnant or lactating women.
That said, the American Society of Gynecology has very recently spoken out about vaccinating this population group (see here, in English). This society mentions that a woman who meets the criteria for vaccination (e.g., immunosuppressed) should be vaccinated regardless of whether she is pregnant or nursing. It is recommended that you discuss with her the lack of robust data on the efficacy and safety of the vaccine in breastfeeding or pregnant women (and their babies), but still recommend vaccination.
Good evening :)
Alexandre
