And is it as a result of a recent weight increase, or is it more of a weight you have had for several months/years?

Good evening,
This is after a recent weight increase, I weigh 168lbs for 5ft7, I have always kept around 140lbs . I am trying to correct my diet, but it is difficult. I also try to walk 4km a day.

In my opinion, it is important to keep up the momentum and not get discouraged especially. When it comes to diet and physical activity, it's best to have a "team" of people who work out with you or a "coach". It helps tremendously to keep things interesting, especially when the cold weather sets in and the sun starts to set early.
One thing for sure, on the medication side, it doesn't help much to look for a solution. Everything you can read about over the counter weight loss drugs is very far fetched!

By coach, I am referring to a kinesiologist and a nutritionist. :)
